Take Ownership of a Review from the Proofing Workspace

The Take Ownership function applies to reviews assigned to either a team of which you are a member, or a role to which you or your team is assigned. If you are a member of a group to which a review is assigned, that review will be displayed on your Reviews screen as well as your team members'. Any team member can then claim the review item when you launch it in the Proofing Workspace.

To take ownership of a review:

1. Launch a review in the Proofing Workspace.
2. Click the Responses section.
3. On the Current tab, click Take Ownership.
4. When prompted for confirmation, click Yes.
